This Estate by the Sea shows how the the interior sightlines blur the boundary between inside and outside. In almost all rooms, the outdoor space acts as a backdrop in which daily life takes place. The use of natural materials enhances this feeling. Indoors, the relationship between the different living spaces is important. Both on the ground and upper floor, they merge seamlessly almost without exception. The interplay of lines looks natural, but every intervention has been thought through to the smallest detail. The result is a luxurious, comfortable but also self-evident interior.
