This one hundred year old villa, situated on a park, was used until recently as an office. All the elements reminiscent of the characterless office furnishings have been removed, after which the spacious building has been reclassified as a dwelling house. Each of the five floors, from basement to upper floor, has its own function.

The townhouse once again has the splendor of days gone by.

Because of their generous character, the design of the floors is based on the human dimension. By inserting intermediate chambers, all spaces are in balance with each other, which increases the quality of life. Thanks to the various materials, the six fireplaces and classical details and ornamental ceilings that were restored, the townhouse exudes the atmosphere of times long gone by. Even though the comfort is of course fully attuned to today's wishes.
